Cancellation policy

We keep cancellation simple and plain.

Your spot is reserved with a $500 deposit per person.

If you cancel 91 or more days before departure, everything you paid beyond the deposit is refunded. If you cancel 61 to 90 days before departure, 50% of the trip price is refunded. If you cancel 31 to 60 days before departure, 25% is refunded. Inside 30 days, payments can no longer be refunded, because rooms, flights, and guides are committed by then.

You can transfer your spot to another person up to 45 days before departure.

If Someplace cancels a trip for any reason, including when the minimum group size of 6 is not met 60 days before departure, everything you paid is refunded in full.
