The case for small group travel
There's a special kind of magic that happens when a handful of strangers become travel friends.
Big tour buses move through a place. Small groups move with it. You stay in smaller hotels, eat at local spots, and actually get to know the people around you.
I've seen it happen on every trip I've led: someone arrives unsure, and leaves with a group chat full of people they now call friends. The shared experience does something that solo travel and big tours can't quite replicate.
That's why I cap every group trip at 10–12 people. It's the difference between traveling near people and traveling with people.
