Privacy Policy

Effective November 4, 2026

Your travel plans are personal. Here is what you share with Someplace, how we use it, and how to get in touch about your information.

What we collect

Our forms collect the details you choose to share: your name, email, trip interests, trip type, budget range and messages. Newsletter signup collects your email address.

How we use and store it

We store form submissions in our project database. We use them to respond to consultation requests, keep you updated about trips you are interested in, and send the checklist and newsletter you signed up for.

Our project email service sends confirmation emails to you and notification emails to Someplace so we can follow up. We do not sell your personal information.

Bookings and payments: When you book a trip, booking management and payment checkout run through WeTravel. WeTravel, and the payment processors it uses (including Stripe), receive the details needed to process your booking and payments, which can include your name, contact details, traveler information, passport details, and payment information. That processing is covered by WeTravel's and the processor's own privacy policies as well as this one. Someplace never sees or stores your full card number.

Browser preferences and analytics

We store your language and currency preferences in your browser so the site remembers your choices. We use basic visitor analytics to understand how people visit and use the site.

Your information, your choice

You can ask to access or delete your personal information by emailing hello@someplacetravel.com.

If you have a question about privacy, write to hello@someplacetravel.com. We are happy to help.
